Testimonial:

“I had lots of fun- This concept for a womens fitness group has been done before, but the drive and passion behind Natalies desire for this to be somewhere women can feel safe- is amazing! She is very concerned about my experience and why I am here in her classes. To feel safe, secure and to be built up with friends old and new!” -Aleca McKenna Yates

Group Workout Study:

Why workout in a group?

A new study suggests that when groups of people workout together in synchronised activity their pain tolerance is higher and increases endorphins. They did the study on rowers and it works the same way with dancers, etc. Read about the study here.
